About Earl Patrick Bellinger

Hello world! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Astronomy, with a secondary appointment in the Foundations of Data Science Institute. I lead the Yale AstroML (YAML) research group, which focuses on using big data and artificial intelligence to make progress in problems throughout astronomy & astrophysics. We are particularly interested in advancing our understanding of the structure and formation of the Milky Way and its satellites through the study of their pulsating stars. In addition, we use stellar pulsation data in order to shed light on problems in stellar evolution, fundamental physics, and beyond-standard-model physics.

In Person Meeting | 4:45 p.m.
The Elm City Club, 155 Elm Street, New Haven, CT

All are welcome to attend the talk.
CAAS members and guests may register for dinner.
